We were founded by Tony Ball MBE with the original Mini launch in 1959.

The media environment and the world of experiential marketing has changed a lot since those times, and over the last three decades the agency has grown and evolved into the award winning team of people it is today. Guy Horner

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Guy is the MD and has led the team for ten years. As the equivalent of TBA head chef he is responsible for mixing the right ingredients of creative flair and flawless execution.

Rob Taylor

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

With has over 18 years’ experience of top level creative within the live events and brand experience industry, Rob has worked for some of the best agencies in the business bringing talent and leadership to the TBA creative team.

James Manley

HEAD OF PRODUCTION

Originally from the world of theatre , James is responsible for the first class delivery of our projects ensuring attention to detail in all area’s including budgeting, scheduling and health and safety.

Eric Yeo

FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

This mathematical genius used to be a tank commander and uses the same precision to steer TBA in the right direction and keep the business financially strong.

James Howitt

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

James has over 10 years’ experience in marketing and live events working with a broad portfolio of clients including Adidas, Ford and Nestle, overseeing the delivery of brand launches, large scale conferences, global communication programmes, exhibitions, sales launches and digital apps. His project management is ultimately centred on a creative approach relevant to the brand and bringing it to life.

Karen Swift

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Karen has worked agency-side for over 11 years and is dedicated to delivering creative-led brand campaigns that positively engage an audience and deliver commercially. As Account Director at TBA, she ensures agency best practice and seamless delivery from her teams and best results for clients. Previous to joining the live events and brand experience arena, Karen worked in professional theatre and TV production.

Krystina Wood

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Krystina keeps everyone on their toes ensuring clients get seamless support and that TBA develops great client relationships built on exceeding expectations on every project.

Jayne Steggall

FINANCE MANAGER

Jayne is a new edition to TBA bringing along her charm, kindness and happiness. Lovely is her nature and her favourite word, Jayne loves to be outdoors and always up for a challenge. A perfectionist and a tyrant when it comes to finance and procedures.

Rebecca Hoare

LOGISTICS MANAGER

Always ready for a new challenge Rebecca has managed conferences, roadshows and incentives from Rio to Dubai. She strives to exceed client’s expectations wherever they maybe in the world.

Christina Bradley

PRODUCER

Christina is an experienced producer with responsibility for delivering a wide variety of events for leading global brands. As lead producer on the Lloyd’s Bank roadshows around the Olympics, to Deutsche Bank across Europe, Christina’s professional experience combined with her creative and calm approach is ideally suited to this type of project.

LINE PRODUCER

With experience working on the London 2012 Olympics, Lily is calm and practical under pressure and always goes the extra mile to deliver seamless events.

Richard McCabe

SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER

Richard has gained over many years a practical knowledge of event production and construction in Corporate Events, Exhibition, Theatre, Film and Television production solutions from design concept to delivery. Client focused, with extensive experience of planning and managing a wide range of worldwide live events across many sectors for clients including Astra Zenica, GSK, HSBC, Barclays, Jaguar, Fiat, Alcon.

Rahul Parekh

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Rahul has 5 years experience within Live Events. Working on a number of varied projects from The Olympic Torch Relay, EE sales conferences and more recently The Tour De France. Rahul will take a concept and work with suppliers to deliver a solution which is within budget without losing the integrity of the creative.

Marius Arnold-Clarke

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Marius has almost a decade’s worth of knowledge of live events and performance, Theatre, Film and Television production. He has worked on varied projects from global car launches to intimate pop-up events; international touring performances to much-loved BBC programmes. He is passionate about creating a unique event experience, delivered to the highest possible standard.

Max Fellows

NEW BUSINESS

Max is an experienced NBD Manager with over eight years of progressive global sales experience.  He loves both the corporate and consumer side of live events and is most of all passionate about the face-to-face element of the industry and client engagement.

Amie Mercer

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Amie is always well prepared and has been key to successful events in India and Africa. She loves the challenge of working abroad. Her enthusiasm and calm approach always ensure the job gets done.

Cassie Brennan

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Cassie is a live wire in the office, project managing events for The FA and Wembley. Her practical approach to achieving great results is reflected in her footwear.

Sophie Smallwood

ACCOUNT MANAGER

With a background in PR, Sophie knows what gets people talking, working across a range of clients and pitches. A fitness fanatic, she likes to also keep the office in check, be it running around Regent’s Park or carrying the bottles back from Sainsbury’s for the companies drinks trolley.

Isabel Watson

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Isabel is a passionate and ambitious events professional with an eye for detail and a drive to succeed. She has gained great knowledge working across a broad scope of projects for both B2B and B2C, ranging in size from 25 to 2000 attendees.

Alex Tate

Always up for a challenge, Alex is an enthusiastic and passionate member of the team. Her forward thinking means any event she is co-ordinating is immaculately executed from start to finish.

Angus has over 9 years’ experience as a Logistics and Project Manager within the live event and experiential marketing industry. He has worked for some of the best agencies in the business, delivering a wide range of programmes across the globe for a variety of industry sector clients.

Jenny joined TBA from a sports agency, a keen sports enthusiast she is always up for a challenge and dedicated to deliver seamless events.

Suzie is a bubbly and confident member of the team. She has a great eye for detail and is a master when it comes to finding solutions!

Livi gets stuck into every project, she loves to meet new people and work on a wide range of events. Her passions are all things travel; going on holiday, planning holidays, even planning other people’s holidays and seeking out and visiting new hotels.

Phoebe Goddard

Phoebe helps with our logistics, creative & venue research, entertainment and more. She is a freelance event photographer on the side so combining the two allows her to experience different sides of the industry.

Lizzie Stephens

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Bubbly and smiley, Lizzie is our office manager and receptionist. A keen horse rider she enjoys the outdoors, heading down the pub and more importantly keeping the office in check!

Yula Vourli

CREATIVE LEAD

Yula is a versatile creative designer with a strong academic background and extensive professional experience in interior architecture, exhibition design and special events.
With a three-pronged design approach; imaginative concept, solid functionality and pleasant aesthetics Yula has been delivering commercial designs since 1999.
She enjoys working on diverse and multi-scale projects with her core objective being to handle the client’s/brand’s public image with care, always contributing to their success.

Greg Hempsall

3D DESIGNER

Having spent over 10 years in event design and visualisation, Greg’s expertise is bringing concepts to life in 3D. He loves seeing our concepts transform from a doodle into reality. More importantly, he loves fast cars, loud gigs and singing from the terraces at Old Trafford.

Chris Pullinger

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Chris is a 2D designer who has been involved in strategy & idea creation across a broad spectrum of projects and has worked in the events industry for the last 4 years.

Charlie Brown

JUNIOR DESIGNER

Charlie is fresh out of uni and is kickstarting his career as our Junior Designer. He gets stuck into every project, bringing fresh ideas to our creative team. Out of the office, he tears up the race track becoming the UK’s youngest national champion.
