Guy joined the agency in 1996 and was appointed Managing Director in 2000. Since then he has overseen the continued sustained growth and success experienced by the agency. In his current role as Executive Chairman, Guy works very closely with the senior management team and key clients driving TBA’s continued successful growth.
A highly motivated business leader and strategic marketer, Mark brings to the team exceptional credential across all marketing services. With an impressive live events and communications pedigree previously working for two of the industry’s top 3 agencies, he inspirers the TBA team to be creative and free-thinking.
With has over 18 years’ experience of top level creative within the live events and brand experience industry, Rob has worked for some of the best agencies in the business bringing talent and leadership to the TBA creative team.
Originally from the world of theatre , James is responsible for the first class delivery of our projects ensuring attention to detail in all area’s including budgeting, scheduling and health and safety.
This mathematical genius used to be a tank commander and uses the same precision to steer TBA in the right direction and keep the business financially strong.
Jayne joined TBA from Channel 4 bringing with her a strong track record in production and broadcast. Lovely is her nature and her favourite word, Jayne loves to be outdoors and always up for a challenge. A perfectionist and a tyrant when it comes to finance and procedures.
James has over 10 years’ experience in marketing and live events working with a broad portfolio of clients including Adidas, Ford and Nestle, overseeing the delivery of brand launches, large scale conferences, global communication programmes, exhibitions, sales launches and digital apps. His project management is ultimately centred on a creative approach relevant to the brand and bringing it to life.
Sophie has worked in the marketing and event industry for the past 8 years and has a passion for dynamic and creative event solutions. She is particularly enthusiastic about meticulous organisation and planning to ensure all brand events & activations are well executed and exceed client expectations. Sophie has experience across a broad spectrum of clients including EE, P&G, HP & Clarks.
With over a decade of live events and brand communications experience Julien has a wealth of cross sector experience across Europe and the US.
Always ready for a new challenge Rebecca has managed conferences, roadshows and incentives from Rio to Dubai. She strives to exceed client’s expectations wherever they maybe in the world.
Andrew joins from agency HGA and previously WRG Live, where he held the role of Business Development Director for nine successful years. Andrew is a fantastic relationship builder. He brings a huge energy and passion for our industry and a genuine strategic insight, which client’s value.
With experience working on the London 2012 Olympics, Lily is calm and practical under pressure and always goes the extra mile to deliver seamless events.
Emily has been working in live events for over a decade having started as a set designer in theatre in 2004 and moved into event producing in recent years.
In this time she has lived and worked in London, New York, and Sydney, with this international experience and her multidisciplinary skills Emily is always ready to be thrown in a the deep end.
Rahul has 5 years experience within Live Events. Working on a number of varied projects from The Olympic Torch Relay, EE sales conferences and more recently The Tour De France. Rahul will take a concept and work with suppliers to deliver a solution which is within budget without losing the integrity of the creative.
Jen is dedicated to delivering live events with an immaculate quality production finish. Be it during the pre-production phase or on site, her ambition and energy ensure she always finds a solution for new challenges.
Amie is always well prepared and has been key to successful events in India and Africa. She loves the challenge of working abroad. Her enthusiasm and calm approach always ensure the job gets done.
Always up for a challenge, Alex is an enthusiastic and passionate member of the team. Her forward thinking means any event she is co-ordinating is immaculately executed from start to finish.
With an integrated marketing background and experience working in Asia previously, Charlotte is keenly focused on the corporate services and luxury consumer brand sectors.
She has worked on numerous events including large scale conferences, regional automotive and brand experience events, and gala dinners. A new member to the TBA plc team, Charlotte brings her knowledge and wealth of experience within the live event and experiential marketing industry as well as her account, project and event management skills.
Olivia has recently joined TBA as Account Manager making the move from in house events to agency. She previously worked at Aviva for five years working on all events from conferences to exhibitions and on their sponsorship with Premiership Rugby. Before making the change to the world of events Olivia worked in television production as a Researcher and worked on shows such as Eggheads, Pointless and 60 Minute Makeover. In her spare time she likes going to the theatre and unashamedly has a love of musical theatre.
Jenny joined TBA from a sports agency, a keen sports enthusiast she is always up for a challenge and dedicated to deliver seamless events.
Livi gets stuck into every project, she loves to meet new people and work on a wide range of events. Her passions are all things travel; going on holiday, planning holidays, even planning other people’s holidays and seeking out and visiting new hotels.
Phoebe helps with our logistics, creative & venue research, entertainment and more. She is a freelance event photographer on the side so combining the two allows her to experience different sides of the industry.
Lizzie is a keen horse rider she enjoys the outdoors, heading down the pub working it off in the gym, but more importantly keeping here accounts in check!
With previous experience in logistics and venue finding, Becca is excited to be working on such a wide range of clients here at TBA. Always well prepared with a spreadsheet for everything, she is enthusiastic and passionate about every event. Outside of work, Becca loves to travel and is always planning her next holiday!
Lexy recently joined TBA after spending ten months travelling Asia, but failing to ‘find herself’. With previous experience working within the fashion industry, Lexy is passionate about luxury consumer and experiential projects and is enthused to be working on a broad and eclectic mix of accounts here at TBA.
Yula is a versatile creative designer with a strong academic background and extensive professional experience in interior architecture, exhibition design and special events.
With a three-pronged design approach; imaginative concept, solid functionality and pleasant aesthetics Yula has been delivering commercial designs since 1999.
She enjoys working on diverse and multi-scale projects with her core objective being to handle the client’s/brand’s public image with care, always contributing to their success.
Chris is a senior graphic designer who has been involved in strategy & idea creation across a broad spectrum of projects and has worked in the events industry for the last 4 years.
Charlie works on both 2D and 3D design so he is adaptable for any brief and gets stuck into every project, bringing fresh ideas to our creative team. Out of the office, he tears up the race track becoming the UK’s youngest national champion, and is now racing around Europe in a vintage Jaguar.
An Industrial Designer with good knowledge and understanding of the principles of design, as well as the ability to conceptualise and think visually. Keen to throw himself in at the deep end, his enthusiasm and strong work ethic help him to further develop his skills here at TBA.
Phoebe has joined TBA as Executive Assistant to Guy Horner, moving over from ITV where she researched on a number of prime time entertainment shows. Prior to this Phoebe was a Personal Assistant in advertising and to a private family, so brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing busy professional lives.
Phoebe’s passion is music, from producing tracks in her home studio to DJing at Ministry of Sound and singing in an acoustic covers duo.
Bubbly and smiley, Sophie is our office manager and receptionist. A keen traveller she enjoys exploring new places, heading down the pub and more importantly keeping the office in check!
