We took guests on an immersive journey right from their arrival with the impactful welcome arch structure, and across the three main sites.
XIP, a three-tiered hospitality structure - the ultimate premium slope-side hospitality experience, with a high-quality yet relaxed vibe.
X Fest Snow, a totally new concept where we really dialled up the energy. We created multiple activities and experiences for all ages to really immerse themselves in everything X Games.
The Athletes Lounge, here we ensured maximum comfort, combined with entertainment and hospitality for all the professional athletes to utilise between competitions, offering the escapism athletes needed to refuel and relax between those high-octane performances.
By introducing new concepts and activities, we provided guests with brand new experiences. We created a fun immersive platform for everyone to try new things, in a new environment, all wrapped up in heaps of energy injected into the weekend sporting event.
Over the course of the weekend:
- X Games was watched by millions
- We engaged over 25,000 guests at X Fest Snow
- c. 1000 guests enjoyed XIP
- We had over 3500 guest playing the X Fest Playground
- Our LinkedIn received the highest engagement rate ever on one single X Games post, at a whopping 66%
